Delivery

  • England, Scotland & Wales (Standard delivery)
  • Orders under £50 are subject to a delivery charge of £7.95.
  • Standard clothing is between 2 and 5 working days from placement of order, however, if you require your order more urgently please contact us to confirm.
  • Bespoke clothing 15 working days from placement of order.
  • Orders being dispatched on a Friday will be delivered in the UK on a Monday and not a Saturday.
  • Ireland (3-5 days) £15 delivery charge per order
  • Deliveries to overseas countries will be charged at the standard British Post office parcel rates.

Overseas

If you wish to have your goods delivered internationally we are more than happy to do this. Due to the variations in shipping prices, we take each order on an individual basis. If you email your order to sales@stitches4sport.co.uk together with a full delivery address we will source the cheapest shipping option and advise accordingly.

Return or exchange

Standard clothing – If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.

Some products are non-returnable. Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse unless sent via special delivery.

Customised Teamwear

  • We will not accept returns on customised product as you have signed off a proof of the garment, we ask that all designs, colours, garment features, sizing and order information are double checked before placing the order as we will only accept returns if the garment/product is faulty upon receipt.
  • If a garment/product is found to be faulty, they will be applicable for exchange only (like for like).
  • The product needs to be returned to us unworn/unused, labels still on with a proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.
  • Buyer pays for postage.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
